We are looking for a People Development Manager to join our People team.
Title: People Development Manager
Salary:£39,140 per annum
Contract: Permanent, fulltime
Hours: 35 per week (standard Anthony Nolan working hours)
Location: Hybrid, with head office in Hampstead, London (2 days per week on-site)
Job Summary:
Reporting into the Head of People Development and working closely with the People Director and the wider people team, this exciting role is to support the development of Anthony Nolan from a people perspective. You will proactively drive and support colleague learning & development needs and lead on our colleague engagement activity to ensure our colleagues are able to provide the very best service to our patients, donors and customers
- Work with the wider people team to ensure all activity supports the strategic aims of the organisation.
- Collaborate and support our HR partners - adding value to divisional needs.
- Maximise the use and effectiveness of our learning experience platform to complement all development and wellbeing initiatives
- Ensure that we have robust processes in place to measure, evaluate and report on the impact on all activities in order to drive improvements
- Support with the thinking around how our hybrid approach can support and enhance people development and wellbeing.
- Continuously evolve the Anthony Nolan people development offer and ensure it is widely understood and embedded through impactful communication, presentations, digital learning and workshops whilst making other recommendations for training, coaching, mentoring and other development methods
You will bring:
- Strong facilitation skills
- Coaching skills that will enable and empower others
- Subject-matter expertise: experience of designing, creating and executing all aspects of the People Development agenda
- Experience of conducting Training Needs Analysis
- Data confident
- Curiosity : exploring new ways to engage our people from a learning and wellbeing perspective.
- Ability to design and implement effective, organisation wide plans connected to learning and wellbeing
- Experience and knowledge on the application of profiling within an organisation
- Project management - Ability to define and manage projects with multiple stakeholders
