I joined Anthony Nolan in February 2001, as Clerical Assistant, I’ve worked various roles at Anthony Nolan, Recruitment, VT Coordinator, VT Supervisor and was appointed as Donor Liaison Manager September 2012 in the Operations and Patient Services Division. My teams (in Donor Liaison) include VT Team, Register Enrichment Team (previously Phenotype Team) and Tracing Team.

We ensure we deliver a positive experience for our donors throughout their journey with Anthony Nolan. Building productive working relationships with external and internal customers and communicating effectively, providing great customer service through the process and provision of blood samples to customers.

I'm an avid reader, I love spending time with family and friends, eating out, especially brunches and afternoon teas, listening to music which I find very therapeutic, going to the theatre and weekends away.
