If you are interested in working for Anthony Nolan, but there don't appear to be any jobs that are suitable right now/you were unsuccessful in a particular process, by connecting with us you will be kept in the loop for any relevant new vacancies as and when they are advertised. You can also answer some additional questions to allow us to get to know you better!
-
We strive to contact all candidates within 2 weeks of the closing date of a role. However, there are occasions where the volume of applications means the shortlisting process can take longer than expected. We will endeavour to contact you if this is the case, but please bear with us.
-
If you are having problems applying online, please email us at recruitment@anthonynolan.org and we will try to solve the problem for you.
-
We always ask candidates to provide their basic contact details, along with a copy of their CV (preferably in PDF format). In the majority of cases, we will also ask candidates to submit a cover letter.
Some applications will require a couple of more specific screening questions, usually confirming essential experience/qualifications for the role.
-
The purpose of the cover letter is for us to understand more about why you are interested in Anthony Nolan, and what makes you a great fit to this role specifically. We'd always recommend doing some research into our organisation (there's lots of info on our main website) and thoroughly reading the job description before applying, so that you can draw on specific examples of areas that interest you and skills/experience you have that might match the role requirements.
-
Unfortunately, we are not currently able to provide sponsorship for visas or work permits, and as such can not consider applicants who aren't able to obtain the right to work in the UK themselves.
-
Once you have submitted an application, you should receive a confirmation email. If this hasn't come through, please first check your junk mail box. If you still can't find the confirmation, please email us at recruitment@anthonynolan.org, or use the chat function in the bottom right corner of this page, and we will check for you.
-
If you have been unsuccessful at interview, we will be happy to provide you with feedback. When we contact you with the outcome of your interview, please respond to the email and request feedback. We will then do our best to provide this within a reasonable timeframe.
Please also let us know if you would prefer to receive this feedback in an email or over a phone call.
-
Unless stated otherwise in the advert, all roles will close at midnight on the closing date.
Sometimes we might extend this date, but we will never close the role earlier than advertised.
If we are delaying the closing date significantly, we will do our best to let you know if this means there will be a delay in processing your application.
