We are looking for a Laboratory Stock and Asset Supervisor to join our Laboratory team.
Title: Laboratory Services Supervisor
Salary: £40,000 per annum
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 35 per week (standard Anthony Nolan working hours)
Location: Fully site-based, with head office in Hampstead, London
The Laboratory Services Supervisor is a key operational role responsible for ensuring that the Anthony Nolan H&I Laboratory has the equipment, materials, and infrastructure required to operate safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with ISO 15189 and EFI standards.
This role has end-to-end responsibility for asset and stock management, including capital equipment oversight, service contracts, procurement coordination, supplier management, and ensuring business-critical continuity of laboratory operations.
The post-holder will lead the Stock and Asset Coordinator and work closely with scientific and quality teams to ensure that laboratory services are fully supported, risks are proactively managed, and operational performance is maintained at the highest standard.
We are looking for someone who has:
Significant experience managing scientific assets or equipment fleets in a regulated laboratory setting
Demonstrated responsibility for procurement, supplier management, or operational budgeting
Experience working with ISO 15189 or equivalent accreditation frameworks
Strong operational problem-solving skills and ability to manage facilities-critical risks
Ability to balance hands-on operational work with strategic planning
