Infrastructure Engineer
The Infrastructure team at Anthony Nolan sit within the Technology Division, and are responsible for providing IT support for staff across the organisation.

We are looking for a Infrastructure Engineer to join our Infrastructure
Team.
Title: Infrastructure Engineer
Salary: £37,8000 per annum
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 35 per week (standard Anthony Nolan working hours)
Location: Hybrid, with head office in Hampstead, London
Key Responsibilities
- Work with the infrastructure team to provide support to the Anthony Nolan users, ensuring a high standard of delivery.
- Provide end user support for ticket resolution, maintaining a great user experience.
- Work with inTune for the management of endpoint devices.
- Working with colleagues to deliver projects within a timeline.
- Maintain high standards in customer communication and response times with the team and user base.
- Manage your workload and be able to prioritise effectively.
- Work with the team to identify recurring issues and propose improvements to reduce ticket numbers.
- Administrate, implement, and maintain Microsoft cloud-based services.
- Escalate support requests which are business critical or are not within the scope of knowledge.
- Assist with maintaining and keeping up to date documentation in the shared knowledge base, including user guides and support processes.
- Engage in training opportunities to further develop skills and knowledge in key areas, such as desktop support, networking, and operating systems.
- Support and maintain Anthony Nolan’s Cyber Security policies.
- Liaise with third-party suppliers to provide a high level of service to all users.
Essential Attributes
- Experience working within a help desk environment, managing tickets, and proven customer service skills.
- Experience with using Microsoft Azure, Office 365, and Intune.
- Experience with Microsoft Windows 10/11, and Apple Mac. Having familiarity with JAMF would be a valuable added skill.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage workload, respond to requests in a timely manner and prioritise tasks.
- Good problem-solving skills, able to work on own initiative and collaboratively with colleagues.
