We are looking for a Donor Follow Up Coordinator to join our Donor Follow Up team.

Title: Donor Follow Up Coordinator
Salary: £28,976 per annum
Contract: Fixed-term (Until October 31st, potential to be extended)
Hours: 35 per week (standard Anthony Nolan working hours)
Location: Hybrid, with head office in Hampstead, London (2 days per week on-site)
Job Summary
As the Donor Follow Up Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing support to donors on all aspects of their recovery, including their physical and emotional health.
- Conducting follow up questionnaires with donors by telephone, email, or our CRM database. Reviewing information provided by our donors and ensuring that any complaints or recovery symptoms are accurately documented and managed appropriately.
- Maintaining and accurately updating our donor/patient database and dealing with sensitive donor and patient information working within our quality standards to meet our accreditation and regulatory requirements.
- Working with patients, donors, UK transplant centre coordinators and international registries to facilitate the patient-donor journey, complying with out donor-patient confidentiality policy. This includes reviewing donor-patient correspondence, managing direct contact requests and queries.
- Collaborating with and providing cover for the team, actively sharing best practice and supporting your colleagues.
- Demonstrating great customer service, excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills and confidence in handing medical and emotional health information and be able to make decisions in sensitive situations.
