We are looking for an Internal Communications and Engagement Senior Manager to join our Communications and Engagement team.
Title: Internal Communications and Engagement Senior Manager
Salary: £47,000 per annum
Contract: Fixed Term Contract (Mat. Cover, 12 - 15 months)
Hours: 35 per week (standard Anthony Nolan working hours)
Location: Hybrid, with head office in Hampstead, London (2 days per week on-site)
Job Summary
It’s an exciting time at Anthony Nolan as our colleagues strive to deliver our ambitious plans to ensure more people with blood cancer and blood disorders survive and thrive.
We need a talented senior manager to shape, develop and lead our internal communications program to help inform and inspire staff around our strategic priorities, purpose, values and behaviours. With a creative and can-do attitude, you’ll enjoy exploring new ways to engage colleagues and have the curiosity and drive to spot and share stories.
You’ll be confident providing internal communications counsel to senior leaders and build excellent relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Your strong prioritisation skills will ensure you and your team effectively manage and develop our internal communications channels and lead our portfolio of all-staff events.
You will:
- Bring significant experience of working in internal communications in a multi-faceted organisation and of developing and delivering an internal communications program.
- Create the internal communications strategy and drive its execution, ensuring KPIs are met.
- Act as strategic counsel and sounding board to the Senior Leadership Team, supporting them to deliver regular communications and activities.
- Ensure the employee voice is represented and accessible for all colleagues.
- Lead and develop your direct report, establishing the team as experts in internal communications.
- Have brilliant stakeholder management skills and experience of working with colleagues at all levels from a range of disciplines.
- Be a key member of the ambitious Communications and Engagement team, working collaboratively with colleagues and building relationships for success.
