We are looking for a Quality and Regulation Support Officer to join our Quality and Regulation team.
Title: Quality and Regulation Support Officer
Salary: £26,000 – 28,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Contract: Permanent, fulltime
Hours: 35 per week (standard Anthony Nolan working hours)
Location: Hybrid, with head office in Hampstead, London (2 days per week on-site)
Job Summary
The QR Support Officer will provide the Quality and Regulation divisional management team (DMT) with administrative support to integrate the quality management system (QMS) into the service delivery areas across the organisation. They will assist in the maintenance of the IT systems used by the QR team such as the electronic QMS (eQMS, Q-pulse) and the training platforms, generating reports from the systems to allow for further analysis and work planning, as well as resolving routine queries. They will also provide administrative support for the research governance function. This is a unique opportunity to be involved in the quality management team of a dynamic organisation striving to improve the lives of patients every day.
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic professional, with experience of working with IT systems in a regulated organisation. An individual with excellent interpersonal skills, strong IT skills, with proficiency in preparation and presentation of data and metrics reports. Effective time management skills and the ability to manage large and varied workloads are essential for this role.
