Support the Purchase Ledger team in the administration and accounting for the Anthony Nolan’s P2P cycle, for non-UK Hospitals, Registries & Transplant Centers in compliance with the Finance timetable.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated individual to join our Finance team.
Title: Finance Officer - Purchase Ledger - International/UK
Salary: £31,500 per annum
Contract: Permanent, full time
Hours: 35 per week (standard Anthony Nolan working hours)
Location: Hybrid, with head office in Hampstead, London (3 days hybrid working)
Job Summary
You will make up a team of 5 in a busy Purchase Ledger Team.
- Daily matching of all International and UK purchase invoices, purchase orders and credit notes into the Xledger accounting system
- Process staff expenses and credit card journals exported from SAP Concur into the Xledger
- Review all other expense claims for completeness and enter the journals details in Xledger
- Create the International and UK payment run reports in Xledger for review
- Create the supplier and one off payments in GB and Foreign currencies and bank transfers into Barclays iportal
- Reconcile supplier statements to Xledger
- Collaborate with colleagues and share in the tasks of dealing with Finance post and monitoring the Purchase Ledger mailbox.
- Build good working relationships with department teams and external suppliers
- Manage the extensive number of purchasing queries in a timely manner
- Ad Hoc duties as they arise
