We are looking for a Brand Manager to join our Marketing team.
Title: Brand Manager
Salary: £38,000 per annum
Contract: Permanent, full time
Hours: 35 per week (standard Anthony Nolan working hours)
Location: Hybrid, with 2 days a week in head office in Hampstead, London
Job Summary
We refreshed our brand in March of this year, and this role will be critical in helping us develop new brand assets to inspire our diverse range of audiences – from 16-24 year olds joining the stem cell register to patients to researchers working in biotech and pharma.
You will be our brand champion across the organisation, working with our creative studio and key stakeholders to ensure output meets the brand guidelines. With our brand so new, an important part of your role will be to communicate and educate on the importance of brand consistency, and it’s role in supporting our organisational objectives.
You will develop messaging and brand narratives for all our audiences, and write clear and compelling briefs for photography shoots and studio projects. You will deliver quarterly competitor reviews, support the development of our brand tracking metrics and develop insights to feed into our brand strategy. You will support the Marketing Manager on brand marketing campaigns.
You could come from any industry but you must have experience in brand management and an understanding of how to build a consistent brand narrative for a multi-stakeholder brand.
Key responsibilities
These include but are not limited to:
- Project manage the continued rollout of the refreshed brand across the organisation, liaising with colleagues from other teams as needed. This includes developing necessary insight and strategy with the Senior Brand and Insight Manager.
- Communicate and educate on the importance of brand consistency, and it’s role in supporting our organisational objectives.
- Ongoing brand management across the team and organisation, to support the Senior Brand and Insight Manager as required.
- Support senior management in marcomms planning for the yearly brand and strategy ambitions, including contributing to the yearly calendar to track and plan work
- Manage the brand approvals process.
- Oversee the management of our digital asset management tool including the self-serve templates and guidelines.
Essential attributes
- Experience in brand management and brand marketing.
- Excellent project/time management and organisational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and proofreading skills.
- Ability to deliver multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills, a positive and proactive attitude, and the ability to keep up in a fast-paced environment are needed.
